The referee showed Doru Teodoroiu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 17 played minutes FC Alinborger got a freekick which was hit by Doru Teodoroiu. Tadeu Moraes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ksawery Winnicki in the 19th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ksawery Winnicki in the 25th minute of play forced FC Alinborger's goalkeeper Tadeu Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Michel Haaland put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Tadeu Moraes. In the 29th minute, Ksawery Winnicki left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Roceira SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Marcelinho Barral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Mădălin Ignat, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 38th minute Luís Paulo Trevisan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeu Moraes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Tadeu Moraes dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-4. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Sebastian Bîlbă to make the kick off. With a little luck, FC Alinborger's Tadeu Moraes got control of the ball when Michel Haaland tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 56th minute Luís Paulo Trevisan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tadeu Moraes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michel Haaland's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tadeu Moraes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Válter Fontes got free with Tadeu Moraes in the 70th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcelinho Barral made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sebastian Bîlbă in the 71st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Válter Fontes in the 72nd minute of play forced FC Alinborger's goalkeeper Tadeu Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Angel Veronica took the ball and in the 74 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcelinho Barral. Marcelinho Barral dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-4. FC Alinborger's Tadeu Moraes played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hulk Speed in the 80th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Válter Fontes in the 81st managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Tadeu Moraes saved FC Alinborger from getting behind. Marcelinho Barral took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Angel Veronica, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 84th match minute, FC Alinborger was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Toader Pădureanu to maneuver through the defense. Roceira SC's Michel Haaland got a good chance for a goal in the 85th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Roceira SC's Luís Paulo Trevisan got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, FC Alinborger's Manuel Boroș got a free kick in the 88th minute. Nilmar Trigo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Tadeu Moraes read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 90th minute of play. In the 91st minute Roceira SC were awarded a corner. Michel Haaland went to the cornerflag to take it. Válbson Moraes was in a good position and managed to take a shot, but he missed just to the outside of the post. The supporters of Roceira SC booed when FC Alinborger was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doru Teodoroiu didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Roceira SC fans' excitement grew in the 95th match minute when Roceira SC's Válter Fontes looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-6 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Tadeu Moraes was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Válter Fontes showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-7 in the 98 minute of play. Roceira SC played a much better game than FC Alinborger and deserved their victory. The FC Alinborger players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
