Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Dan Vøge started the match with the kick off. After having played for 3 minutes, Rikard Træden managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. U21 Denmark's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rikard Træden was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 3 minutes into the match, Dan Vøge notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Seed Town West's Kasper Schmeichel. Kasper Schmeichel was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dan Vøge might have been able to make a better finish in the 7th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kasper Schmeichel. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dan Vøge ran back to his position shaking his head. Kasper Schmeichel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dan Vøge in the 7th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dan Vøge in the 8th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kasper Schmeichel saved Seed Town West from getting behind. 12 minutes into the match, Seed Town West's goal looked a bit too open when Rikard Træden came free, but Kasper Schmeichel reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, U21 Denmark's Dan Vøge nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Kasper Schmeichel made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dan Vøge in the 18th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Kasper Schmeichel prevented the ball from getting in the gole. U21 Denmark's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jannich Wandler in the 19th minute. U21 Denmark's Jannich Wandler was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Kasper Schmeichel in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Seed Town West's Kasper Schmeichel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dan Vøge in the 21st minute of play. Manfred Hamade lost his temper 23 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. 23 minutes into the game, one of Seed Town West:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Kasper Schmeichel had in the 26thth minute some difficulties stopping Fillip Sivananda's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After 41 played minutes U21 Denmark got a freekick which was hit by Fillip Sivananda. Mai Quan Peng received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 43rd minute. Einar Klysnov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mai Quan Peng to make the kick off. Kasper Schmeichel came out of the goal in the 52nd minute to try and stop a shot by U21 Denmark's Rikard Træden. But to his dismay, Rikard Træden quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-4. In the 54th minute, Rikard Træden hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Einar Klysnov made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aytaç Sözen in the 55th minute of play. 59 minutes into the match, Seed Town West's goalkeeper Kasper Schmeichel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dan Vøge. Kasper Schmeichel was a little too slow when Dan Vøge got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 61st minute. The score was now 0-5. U21 Denmark's Bo Dogel was substituted for Rikard Træden. Seed Town West's Dan Vøge was substituted for Mai Quan Peng. In the 68th minute, Dan Vøge ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Einar Klysnov was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-5. In the 72nd minute, Aytaç Sözen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, U21 Denmark's Daniel Agger got a free kick in the 84th minute. U21 Denmark's Ros Endal was substituted for Fillip Sivananda. Seed Town West's Lennart Jungschlager was substituted for Fillip Sivananda. In the 85th minute, Daniel Agger hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dan Vøge sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kasper Schmeichel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bo Dogel in the 95th minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dan Vøge in the 96th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Einar Klysnov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. U21 Denmark's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
