Amuruza Lillo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dumitru Lucaci in the 9th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nimród Szőcs in the 13th minute of play forced Junta De Los Rios CF's goalkeeper Amuruza Lillo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dagoberto Loureiro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Mané Balcells went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. 18 minutes into the match, Junta De Los Rios CF's goalkeeper Amuruza Lillo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dumitru Lucaci. Amuruza Lillo had great luck who in the 20thth minute grab hold of the ball when Vito Leite from a short distance tried to put the ball inside the right post. Junta De Los Rios CF's Amuruza Lillo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dumitru Lucaci in the 21st minute of play. In the 24th minute Dumitru Lucaci shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amuruza Lillo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nimród Szőcs couldn't finish the play. Ion Vadillos struck a weak shot in the 39th minute. Dagoberto Loureiro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Junta De Los Rios CF. Vito Leite could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Amuruza Lillo made a huge save. In the 47thth minute of the game Ricardo Carballido who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Cöpacabana FC's Dagoberto Loureiro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

Junta De Los Rios CF's Florentino Yeste was substituted for Celestino Marques. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Vito Leite stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Ricardo Carballido left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Junta De Los Rios CF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Through an outstanding action, after 69 minutes, Dagoberto Loureiro successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Amuruza Lillo came out of the goal in the 70th minute to try and stop a shot by Cöpacabana FC's Talha İstanbul. But to his dismay, Talha İstanbul quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Mané Balcells kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dagoberto Loureiro. That made the score 1-3 in the 73 minute of play. Junta De Los Rios CF made a substitution. Tipi Riells replaced Alvar Teruel. Dagoberto Loureiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tipi Riells in the 77th minute of the match. In the 77th minute, Tipi Riells left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Junta De Los Rios CF fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. The Cöpacabana FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dagoberto Loureiro should have stopped the shot. In the 91st minute Tipi Riells shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dagoberto Loureiro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chico Hermes was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 93 minutes into the match. 93 minutes into the game, one of Cöpacabana FC:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. The goalkeeper, Dagoberto Loureiro, was totally fooled by Junta De Los Rios CF's Ion Vadillos, who 95 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side.
