Spectators: 35 (Terracing: 27, Seating: 8, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Nicolas Galtero kicked off to start the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Nicolas Galtero in the 3rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Cristoforo Morini saved Rosenborg from getting behind. Rio Percy's Emilio Ugaitz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cosimo Mandelli in the 9th minute of play. Emilio Ugaitz made a fantastic save in the 11th minute, when Cosimo Mandelli sent off a good shot on target. After 19 played minutes Rio Percy got a freekick which was hit by Anibal Mattin. Cristoforo Morini showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Nicolas Galtero in the 21st minute of the match. When the match had gone on for 25 minutes, Wiktor Narbut took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Emilio Ugaitz to make any attempt to save it. Emilio Ugaitz was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fortunato Zola showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 28 minute of play. In the 31st minute Anibal Mattin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cristoforo Morini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Rio Percy's Aldo Geofredo got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Rosenborg's Wiktor Narbut got a good chance for a goal in the 33rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 47th minute Rosenborg were awarded a corner. Viggo Hellgren went to the cornerflag to take it. Rosenborg's Viggo Hellgren was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Emilio Ugaitz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Rosenborg's Biagio Stellato was substituted for Amerigo Rivera. The wind increased when Wiktor Narbut made the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute of the match, Ulises Sayvion got a very nice opportunity to score, but Cristoforo Morini was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 57th minute, Wiktor Narbut left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Rosenborg fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Wiktor Narbut took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Emilio Ugaitz. Emilio Ugaitz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. 69 minutes into the match, Rio Percy's goal looked a bit too open when Wiktor Narbut came free, but Emilio Ugaitz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rosenborg's Cristoforo Morini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save Rosenborg from getting a goal against them. Antonello Desiderio struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Emilio Ugaitz didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rosenborg. 82 minutes into the match, Cosimo Mandelli notched a goal, 6-1, to the right of Rio Percy's Emilio Ugaitz. Emilio Ugaitz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Rosenborg made a substitution. Daniele Ramundo replaced Luciano Lluques. When Rosenborg's Wiktor Narbut in the 87th minute got a chance for a shot 87th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rio Percy's goalie prevented a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Anibal Mattin during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Rosenborg booed when Rio Percy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 88 match minutes in a wonderful position. Anibal Mattin didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 90th minute Daniele Ramundo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emilio Ugaitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wiktor Narbut in the 92nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Emilio Ugaitz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Emilio Ugaitz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Daniele Ramundo in the 94th minute of play. Wiktor Narbut scored 7-1 in the 96th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Emilio Ugaitz, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. There was no doubt that Rosenborg were the better team. Rosenborg's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
