The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Eliseu Bragança came out of the goal in the 3rd minute to try and stop a shot by Aragorn's Elian Müller. But to his dismay, Elian Müller quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. 5 minutes into the match, Campus Douro Academy's goal looked a bit too open when Elian Müller came free, but Eliseu Bragança reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Eliseu Bragança showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fedele Moretti, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. After 10 minutes of play, Aragorn's Fedele Moretti made it 2-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Eliseu Bragança was left in no man's land by his defense there! Andrés Casado made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vedat Burçhan in the 13th minute of play. Aragorn's Andrés Casado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vedat Burçhan in the 13th minute of play. Rodolfo Miguéis charged in rather forcefully in the 15th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Rodolfo Miguéis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 15th minute, Rodolfo Miguéis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 16th minute Elian Müller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseu Bragança saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 18 minutes, Elian Müller managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Aragorn's supporters crossed their fingers, but Elian Müller was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Andrés Casado showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rodolfo Montay in the 19th minute of the match. Andrés Casado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vedat Burçhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. In the 22nd minute Vedat Burçhan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andrés Casado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led Campus Douro Academy's André Pestana to fire away a dangerous shot which Andrés Casado despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Eliseu Bragança made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Elian Müller in the 34th minute of play. Aragorn's Andrés Casado played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vedat Burçhan in the 37th minute of play. A collision led to Aragorn getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Ovidio Cuarto hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vedat Burçhan in the 41st minute of play forced Aragorn's goalkeeper Andrés Casado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Andrés Casado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vedat Burçhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 43rd minute. A sloppy throw-in by Czeslaw Tokarczyk in the 46th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Campus Douro Academy's Idalécio Rebelo. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elian Müller was the one to do the kick off. Rodolfo Montay fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Andrés Casado having to interfere. With a little luck, Aragorn's Andrés Casado got control of the ball when Vedat Burçhan tried to sneak it across the goal line. Andrés Casado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vedat Burçhan, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Montay in the 69th minute of play forced Aragorn's goalkeeper Andrés Casado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Álvaro Machado made in the 73rd minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Fabrice Dewitte. In the 78th minute Elian Müller shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eliseu Bragança saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A sloppy throw-in by Czeslaw Tokarczyk in the 88th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Campus Douro Academy's Álvaro Machado. 91 minutes into the match, Aragorn's goalkeeper Andrés Casado had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Rodolfo Montay.
