Marcus Majewski hit a great ball. 5 minutes into the match, Highbury Boys 1896's goal looked a bit too open when Robert Ununger came free, but Baran Eroğlu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Baran Eroğlu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Peter Linkhorst in the 11th minute of the match. In the 16th minute, Thorbjörn Olerius got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Peter Linkhorst had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Patrick Armstrong took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Malcolm Farrugia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Patrick Armstrong made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Malcolm Farrugia in the 34th minute of play. Baran Eroğlu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robert Ununger in the 41st minute of play. ManagerZone Crew's Patrick Armstrong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Malcolm Farrugia in the 44th minute of play. Patrick Armstrong showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Malcolm Farrugia, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

In the 57th minute, Robert Ununger got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 58 played minutes ManagerZone Crew got a freekick which was hit by Andreas Spante. A collision led to Highbury Boys 1896 getting a freekick after 65 minutes play. Sigfred Michaely hit a great ball. ManagerZone Crew's Patrick Armstrong played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Malcolm Farrugia in the 70th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sigfred Michaely in the 71st minute of play forced ManagerZone Crew's goalkeeper Patrick Armstrong to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in ManagerZone Crew's zone, Sigfred Michaely stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patrick Armstrong came out of the goal and Sigfred Michaely tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Highbury Boys 1896's Carlo Cassola was substituted for Malcolm Farrugia. Baran Eroğlu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Thorbjörn Olerius in the 83rd minute. 91 minutes into the game, Highbury Boys 1896's Carlo Cassola nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Patrick Armstrong made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. 96 minutes into the match, ManagerZone Crew's goal looked a bit too open when Carlo Cassola came free, but Patrick Armstrong reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Highbury Boys 1896 walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
