In the 7th minute, Carl Dayot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 8th minute of the match Ilie Teodor shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vicente Meireles showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. After some careless play in the Fleet FC defense, Horaţiu Babarada kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vicente Meireles. The Fleet FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vicente Meireles should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Augustin Herlea kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Vicente Meireles. That made the score 2-0 in the 14 minute of play. The audience was convinced that Augustin Herlea's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Vicente Meireles was relentless in the 23rd minute of the game. With a little luck, Fleet FC's Vicente Meireles got control of the ball when Horaţiu Babarada tried to sneak it across the goal line. Horaţiu Babarada came free with the goalkeeper in the 40th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Vicente Meireles could save by the left post. 42 minutes into the match, Fleet FC's goal looked a bit too open when Ilie Teodor came free, but Vicente Meireles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as SuperSteauaBazatii★DAC★'s Augustin Herlea slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Vicente Meireles. That made the score 5-0 after 43 minutes of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jurand Haskiewicz was the one to do the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jess Dalaque got free with Du Ning Zhi in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 52nd minute Augustin Herlea shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Meireles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When SuperSteauaBazatii★DAC★'s Mahsun Koçaş in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Horaţiu Babarada struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Vicente Meireles didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SuperSteauaBazatii★DAC★. Vicente Meireles took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Augustin Herlea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Through an outstanding action, after 79 minutes, Du Ning Zhi successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ilie Teodor in the 84th minute of play forced Fleet FC's goalkeeper Vicente Meireles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Vicente Meireles showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Horaţiu Babarada, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Jaccarini in the 87th minute of play forced Fleet FC's goalkeeper Vicente Meireles to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. SuperSteauaBazatii★DAC★ had played much better football throughout.
