Simon Drábek took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Shane Nottingham, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Medevoort defense, Shane Nottingham kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Simon Drábek. Karahan Saylan could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Frasco Morales made a huge save. Simon Drábek stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Baransel Tezveren's shot from short distance in the 41st minute. In the 41stth minute of the game Baransel Tezveren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Medevoort's Simon Drábek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Karahan Saylan stepped up to make the kick off in the second half.
