After some fancy dribbling in the 7th minute, Shane Nottingham managed to get in a good position for a shot. ФК Цомбомания's supporters rose to their feet, but Shane Nottingham was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Simon Drábek breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the last second Simon Drábek throw himself and got hold of the ball when Shane Nottingham in the 16thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After 17 minutes Medevoort's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Daniel Gaxan who took care of the corner kick. Karahan Saylan fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frasco Morales having to interfere. Fermin Bonadona took the ball and in the 30 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Frasco Morales. Frasco Morales dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Simon Drábek showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Shane Nottingham, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After a rather tough play, ФК Цомбомания's Evgeni Tzandev got a free kick in the 39th minute. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Shane Nottingham in the 79th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Simon Drábek prevented the ball from getting in the gole. With an all-out effort, Medevoort's Frasco Morales threw himself towards the right post 81 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Karahan Saylan, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Karahan Saylan in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Frasco Morales prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Karahan Saylan who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 92ndth minute tested the skills of Frasco Morales when he managed to save the team from getting behind.
