The supporters of No Me Inscriban Gracias booed when İZMİR&GS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tekin Kutlar didn't get a good kick on the ball. De-Jesús Cardon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nurkan Bayar, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The coaching staff of No Me Inscriban Gracias protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Ramón Remiro had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 80th minute, one of No Me Inscriban Gracias:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for No Me Inscriban Gracias. 82 minutes into the game, İZMİR&GS's Antônio Furtado nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. De-Jesús Cardon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-4. Sanchez Carro kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. Gökçen Safa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sanchez Carro in the 87th minute of the match. 93 minutes into the match, Sanchez Carro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Gökçen Safa. İZMİR&GS's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sanchez Carro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-4. The referee blew the final whistle, and the away crowd roared, having watched İZMİR&GS eke out a victory against a very well matched opponent.
