Bar Olo in the 9thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Iona Lightfoot, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Iona Lightfoot was out of position in the 12 minute of play, and Davide Spadoni capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Davide Spadoni really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bar Olo got free with Iona Lightfoot in the 15th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. KARAORMAN's Iona Lightfoot proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save KARAORMAN from getting a goal against them. In the 24th minute, Ulf Prengel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bar Olo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Iona Lightfoot made a huge save. Bar Olo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Iona Lightfoot firmly grabbed it by the left post. Hipolito Misael sent away a hard shot on goal in the 26th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 27th minute Cyprian Penczkowski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Antognoni saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. KARAORMAN's Guo Ling Zhou was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Bruno Antognoni in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After a rather tough play, KARAORMAN's Cyprian Penczkowski got a free kick in the 30th minute. When Italy's Bar Olo in the 31st minute got a chance for a shot 31st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KARAORMAN's goalie prevented a goal. The corner led Italy's Bar Olo to fire away a dangerous shot which Iona Lightfoot despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Bar Olo got free with Iona Lightfoot in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Karim Benzema to strike the kick off in the second half. Bar Olo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 52nd minute. Iona Lightfoot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Bar Olo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Italy's supporters rose to their feet, but Bar Olo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iona Lightfoot breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 59 minutes into the match, KARAORMAN's goal looked a bit too open when Bar Olo came free, but Iona Lightfoot reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 60 minutes, Bar Olo made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. KARAORMAN's Iona Lightfoot tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Italy's Enzo Luongo was substituted for Bar Olo. Iona Lightfoot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enzo Luongo in the 66th minute of the match. In the 73rd minute Alvaro Tolin shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iona Lightfoot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner was taken by Alvaro Tolin in the 80th minute. The corner ended in Enrico Piccirilli almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but KARAORMAN's Iona Lightfoot did a great save. Iona Lightfoot took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Enzo Luongo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of KARAORMAN booed when Italy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rui Costa didn't get a good kick on the ball. KARAORMAN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Italy the free kick. In the 94th match minute, KARAORMAN was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karim Benzema to maneuver through the defense. The Italy fans' excitement grew in the 95th match minute when Italy's Enzo Luongo looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Italy's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
