FC MIDWAY's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miromir Miodek was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 25 played minutes Warta Czestochowa got a freekick which was hit by Antônio Carlos Nogueira. In the 31st minute Fabio Millrick shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mieszko Pacholewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 33 minutes, Antônio Carlos Nogueira managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Warta Czestochowa's supporters crossed their fingers, but Antônio Carlos Nogueira was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fabio Millrick in the 40th minute of play forced Warta Czestochowa's goalkeeper Mieszko Pacholewski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

Thanks to some nice moves Antônio Carlos Nogueira could shoot a difficult shot in the 63rd minute, which Aykan Babür however easily saved by the left post. In the 64th minute, Fabio Millrick ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mieszko Pacholewski was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Wlodzimierz Smolarek sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Mieszko Pacholewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabio Millrick in the 81st minute of play. The FC MIDWAY fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. 93 minutes into the game, Fabio Millrick cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-1. Mieszko Pacholewski was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. FC MIDWAY were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Warta Czestochowa for a fine match.
