Armağan Akgüngör took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Brent De Vadder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in ADANA OTA BOCA JUNIORS SK's zone, Brent De Vadder stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Armağan Akgüngör came out of the goal and Brent De Vadder tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wouter Gijselinckx in the 6th minute of play forced ADANA OTA BOCA JUNIORS SK's goalkeeper Armağan Akgüngör to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 9thth minute of the game Wouter Gijselinckx who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but ADANA OTA BOCA JUNIORS SK's Armağan Akgüngör was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 10 minutes into the match, ADANA OTA BOCA JUNIORS SK's Hasan Hüseyin Ilgınlı sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Gillis Degens narrowly saved just below the crossbar. ADANA OTA BOCA JUNIORS SK's Armağan Akgüngör played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wouter Gijselinckx in the 11th minute of play. Atahan Boratay hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. In the 12th minute Kristen Spoelberghe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armağan Akgüngör saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Kristen Spoelberghe in the 16th minute of play forced ADANA OTA BOCA JUNIORS SK's goalkeeper Armağan Akgüngör to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 18 minutes into the match, Wouter Gijselinckx had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Armağan Akgüngör. ADANA OTA BOCA JUNIORS SK's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Wouter Gijselinckx was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Armağan Akgüngör showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wouter Gijselinckx, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wouter Gijselinckx in the 21st minute of play forced ADANA OTA BOCA JUNIORS SK's goalkeeper Armağan Akgüngör to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armağan Akgüngör showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yanick Winnepennincx, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. In the 25th minute of the match KFC Welden got a corner. Raf De Weijngaert made a great header on KFC Welden's corner, it was just that ADANA OTA BOCA JUNIORS SK's Armağan Akgüngör managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 27th minute, KFC Welden's Jan-Simon Musseeuw seemed to kick out at an opponent. The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jan-Simon Musseeuw the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of KFC Welden protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jan-Simon Musseeuw had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. Gillis Degens had in the 28thth minute some difficulties stopping Vacid Tekalp's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. After 34 played minutes KFC Welden got a freekick which was hit by Vincent Dejonghe. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Mustafa Kemal Türk in the 35th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gillis Degens saved KFC Welden from getting behind. Armağan Akgüngör showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Yanick Winnepennincx, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Frederik Van Beringhen kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. Hasan Hüseyin Ilgınlıs short, quick shot in the 42ndth minute got Gillis Degens to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. José Paulo Rosado hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. After 46 played minutes KFC Welden got a freekick which was hit by Raf De Weijngaert. After 47 played minutes, ADANA OTA BOCA JUNIORS SK's Mustafa Kemal Türk shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Gillis Degens came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in ADANA OTA BOCA JUNIORS SK reached it. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Kristen Spoelberghe to make the kick off. 54 minutes into the match, KFC Welden's goal looked a bit too open when Hasan Hüseyin Ilgınlı came free, but Gillis Degens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armağan Akgüngör was out of position in the 56 minute of play, and Brent De Vadder capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Brent De Vadder really showed his touch with that goal: 0-3. In the 59th match minute, KFC Welden was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kristen Spoelberghe to maneuver through the defense. In the 65th minute Fernand De Spiegeleire shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Armağan Akgüngör saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After having played for 68 minutes, Kristen Spoelberghe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KFC Welden's supporters crossed their fingers, but Kristen Spoelberghe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kristen Spoelberghe's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Armağan Akgüngör firmly grabbed it by the left post. ADANA OTA BOCA JUNIORS SK's Armağan Akgüngör proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 79th minute of the match, managed to save ADANA OTA BOCA JUNIORS SK from getting a goal against them. Henri-Xavier Van den Dries's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 83rdth minute, Armağan Akgüngör skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Kristen Spoelberghe recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. KFC Welden's Kristen Spoelberghe got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.
