Grêmio Meia Praia's Amílton Dantas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Coronel Revuelta in the 4th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Villawalter City's Elian Benedicto got a free kick in the 5th minute. In the 6th minute, Francisco Soeiro left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Grêmio Meia Praia fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. In the 14th match minute, Grêmio Meia Praia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guilherme Vides to maneuver through the defense. Gomesano Cayuela scored 1-1 in the 16th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amílton Dantas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. If Amador Menendo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 20th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Elian Benedicto's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Amílton Dantas read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. Elian Benedicto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 24th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 28 minutes into the match, Elian Benedicto dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Amílton Dantas, 2-1. After a defensive mix-up in Grêmio Meia Praia's zone, Elian Benedicto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Amílton Dantas came out of the goal and Elian Benedicto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 32nd match minute, Grêmio Meia Praia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Filipe Eanes to maneuver through the defense. 33 minutes into the match, Grêmio Meia Praia's goalkeeper Amílton Dantas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Coronel Revuelta. 34 minutes into the match, Francisco Soeiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Antonio Canal. Villawalter City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Francisco Soeiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Antonio Canal showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Francisco Soeiro in the 38th minute of the match. Amílton Dantas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Elian Benedicto in the 41st minute. Antonio Canal took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Francisco Soeiro, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Grêmio Meia Praia's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Luiz Gustavo Dante in the 44th minute. The corner led Grêmio Meia Praia's Luiz Gustavo Dante to fire away a dangerous shot which Antonio Canal despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The wind increased when Francisco Soeiro made the kick off in the second half. Gomesano Cayuela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 50th minute. Amílton Dantas tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Elian Benedicto in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amílton Dantas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Antonio Canal stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amador Menendo's shot from short distance in the 57th minute. Antonio Canal showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Amador Menendo, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Grêmio Meia Praia's goalkeeper Amílton Dantas, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 64th minute Villawalter City were awarded a corner. Elian Benedicto went to the cornerflag to take it. In the 66th match minute, Villawalter City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arif Gaffar Geylan to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice moves Francisco Soeiro could shoot a difficult shot in the 67th minute, which Antonio Canal however easily saved by the left post. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by Villawalter City's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luiz Gustavo Dante was slow to take the kick. During this time Grêmio Meia Praia's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Luiz Gustavo Dante got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Antonio Canal quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Through an outstanding action, after 71 minutes, Antonio Canal successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Amador Menendo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 78th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Amador Menendo in the 80thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Antonio Canal, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 80th minute, Gomesano Cayuela hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience was convinced that Elian Benedicto's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amílton Dantas was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Elian Benedicto scored 4-2 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amílton Dantas, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Grêmio Meia Praia's João Carlos Aguiar got a free kick in the 94th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mino Puig in the 96th minute of play forced Grêmio Meia Praia's goalkeeper Amílton Dantas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the referee ended the match the Villawalter City players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
