Jorrin Briones showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. 41 minutes into the match, Jorrin Briones dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of A.J. 韩文海, 2-1. After 46 played minutes Joinville Esporte Clube got a freekick which was hit by Benjamin Lara. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jorrin Briones to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Joinville Esporte Clube booed when Rapsodas Red Devils FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 52 match minutes in a wonderful position. Albert Camus didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Benjamin Lara in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ferenc Tököli saved Rapsodas Red Devils FC from getting behind. Joinville Esporte Clube made a substitution. Allan Simão replaced Aílton Melo. Rapsodas Red Devils FC's Jerrold Taranco was substituted for Luís Paulo da Fonseca. After a rather tough play, Joinville Esporte Clube's Erivaldo Santos got a free kick in the 64th minute. Erivaldo Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 65th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Joinville Esporte Clube's zone, Joseph Schwarzfischer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. A.J. 韩文海 came out of the goal and Joseph Schwarzfischer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A.J. 韩文海 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristiano Salah, who was totally free with the ball in the 73rd minute. Joinville Esporte Clube's A.J. 韩文海 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jerrold Taranco in the 75th minute of play. 93 minutes into the match, Rapsodas Red Devils FC's goalkeeper Ferenc Tököli had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jerry Uchiha. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Rapsodas Red Devils FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Joinville Esporte Clube had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
