With an all-out effort, Barrilete Cósmico FC's Benjamin Tino threw himself towards the right post 12 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from 范升扬, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Barrilete Cósmico FC's Fabian Burowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Matías Kranevitter in the 15th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by 范升扬 in the 16th minute of play forced Club El Progreso's goalkeeper Benjamin Tino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Barrilete Cósmico FC booed when Club El Progreso was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matías Kranevitter didn't get a good kick on the ball. Barrilete Cósmico FC's Rodrigo Mazur managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Matías Kranevitter in the 76 minute of the game. Benjamin Tino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Andrés Vombergar went, in the 78th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score.
