The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 5 minutes into the match, BuanaRaya's Pepijn Hummel sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vitaliy Vischak narrowly saved just below the crossbar. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by Soroca F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Meng Quan Han was slow to take the kick. During this time BuanaRaya's players had a chance to rest. A well done corner resulted in Dorukhan Turalp drilling the ball in to score 1-0 behind Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper. 10 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Pepijn Hummel came free, but Vitaliy Vischak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 10 minutes into the match, Pepijn Hummel had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Vitaliy Vischak. Soroca F.C.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Pepijn Hummel was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Cătălin Ostoici took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adrián Espadas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Washington Arantes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 17th minute of the match, but Vitaliy Vischak made a huge save. BuanaRaya's Oteng Suebu was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Vitaliy Vischak in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Cătălin Ostoici showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Amador Venceslao in the 21st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrián Espadas in the 22nd minute of play forced BuanaRaya's goalkeeper Cătălin Ostoici to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 23 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Vitaliy Vischak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Suki Sapulette. Suki Sapulette scored 3-0 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Vitaliy Vischak, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to BuanaRaya getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Oteng Suebu hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Adrián Espadas in the 31st minute of play forced BuanaRaya's goalkeeper Cătălin Ostoici to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rodolfo Atarrabi in the 36th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cătălin Ostoici prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Soroca F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Gustavo Tartalo in the 38th minute. Soroca F.C.'s Gustavo Tartalo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Cătălin Ostoici in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. 39 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Vitaliy Vischak had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pepijn Hummel. Cătălin Ostoici showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adrián Espadas in the 41st minute of the match. In the 44th minute Rodolfo Atarrabi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cătălin Ostoici saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pepijn Hummel got free with Vitaliy Vischak in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 46th minute Washington Arantes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitaliy Vischak saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Pepijn Hummel to make the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pepijn Hummel in the 52nd minute of play forced Soroca F.C.'s goalkeeper Vitaliy Vischak to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Soroca F.C.'s Vitaliy Vischak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Washington Arantes in the 54th minute of play. Vitaliy Vischak showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ayi Kusumah, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 63 minutes into the match, Soroca F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Washington Arantes came free, but Vitaliy Vischak reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Adrián Espadas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cătălin Ostoici having to interfere. Soroca F.C.'s Godofredo Quilino was substituted for Gustavo Tartalo. Soroca F.C.'s Răzvan Necula was substituted for Adrián Espadas. BuanaRaya's Gerard Pique was substituted for Emilian Onișoru. Phillipe Portai made in the 77th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Meng Quan Han however managed to control. Soroca F.C.'s Vitaliy Vischak played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Meng Quan Han in the 79th minute of play. Vitaliy Vischak took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Washington Arantes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee felt a red card was in order, 91 minutes into the game, when Cássio Zonta put in a rough tackle. After 92 played minutes Soroca F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Zonta. If Răzvan Necula had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

BuanaRaya's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
