The supporters of Castanheiro SC booed when Real Llull de Reus was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 17 match minutes in a wonderful position. Orlo Puyol didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benedito Mineiro hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute of the match, Cefero Gala got a very nice opportunity to score, but Pedrinho Guimarães was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. A collision led to Real Llull de Reus getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Polo Bouzas hit a great ball. Castanheiro SC's Pedrinho Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lancelot Astudillo in the 31st minute of play. Real Llull de Reus's Luis Maestro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Umberto Dionísio in the 39th minute of play. A collision led to Castanheiro SC getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Luisinho Seco hit a great ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Marcelo Eger to strike the kick off in the second half. Pedrinho Guimarães made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cefero Gala in the 57th minute of play. In the 59th minute Cefero Gala shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pedrinho Guimarães saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Real Llull de Reus's Orlo Puyol got a free kick in the 60th minute. The referee gave Real Llull de Reus a penalty, 66 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Cefero Gala, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Castanheiro SC's Pedrinho Guimarães. 3-0. Real Llull de Reus's Cefero Gala got a good chance for a goal in the 70th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Raul Antón hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Umberto Dionísio hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Pedrinho Guimarães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cefero Gala, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. Real Llull de Reus's Luis Maestro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedito Mineiro in the 90th minute of play. Luis Maestro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Anísio Alagoano, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. After a rather tough play, Castanheiro SC's Anísio Alagoano got a free kick in the 95th minute. Cefero Gala took the ball and in the 97 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Pedrinho Guimarães. Pedrinho Guimarães dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0.
