Alan Aswin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Lubukraja's Zulfikar Ridliwan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jean Britton in the 3rd minute of play. If Trey Easley had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Zulfikar Ridliwan took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jean Britton, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Herb Good didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dennis Lukoye went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. When Bongky Muchtaji fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Lubukraja's protests and gave Bongky Muchtaji a yellow card for diving instead. Dennis Lukoye struck a weak shot in the 20th minute. Herb Good didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lubukraja. Jean Britton recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Dennis Lukoye fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Herb Good having to interfere. After 31 minutes of play, Sport Lisboa e Benfica's Jean Britton made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zulfikar Ridliwan was left in no man's land by his defense there! 34 minutes into the match, Lubukraja's goalkeeper Zulfikar Ridliwan had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jean Britton. Jean Britton received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Zulfikar Ridliwan tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 38th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lubukraja's goalkeeper Zulfikar Ridliwan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sport Lisboa e Benfica's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Trey Easley in the 40th minute. 2-1 became the score in the 44th minute when Jean Britton elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar.

The wind increased when Dennis Lukoye made the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the match, Lubukraja's goal looked a bit too open when Du Lei Bin came free, but Zulfikar Ridliwan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jean Britton in the 57th minute of play forced Lubukraja's goalkeeper Zulfikar Ridliwan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 61 minutes of play, Sport Lisboa e Benfica's Jean Britton made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zulfikar Ridliwan was left in no man's land by his defense there! 65 minutes into the match, Jean Britton had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Zulfikar Ridliwan. Lubukraja's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Jean Britton was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-1. 77 minutes into the game, Sport Lisboa e Benfica's Jean Britton nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zulfikar Ridliwan made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 5-1. In the 84th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lubukraja's goalkeeper Zulfikar Ridliwan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Zulfikar Ridliwan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jean Britton in the 86th minute of play. 89 minutes into the match, Lubukraja's goal looked a bit too open when Jean Britton came free, but Zulfikar Ridliwan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 90 played minutes Lubukraja got a freekick which was hit by Bongky Muchtaji. After 91 minutes of play, Sport Lisboa e Benfica's Jean Britton made it 6-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Zulfikar Ridliwan was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jean Britton took the ball and in the 94 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zulfikar Ridliwan. Zulfikar Ridliwan dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 7-1. In the 97th minute, Jean Britton left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sport Lisboa e Benfica fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 8-1.
