But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Paolo Cucao couldn't finish the play. In the 29th minute Ilyas Talıblı shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Filipe Meireles saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to FK Baku getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Ramiq Muradov hit a great ball. In the 31st minute Paolo Cucao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Corral saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd match minute, FK Baku was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nick Armitage to maneuver through the defense. Julio Corral didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Paolo Cucao went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. The audience was convinced that Paolo Cucao's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Corral was relentless in the 66th minute of the game. Julio Corral showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paolo Cucao, who was totally free with the ball in the 77th minute. In the 79th minute, Paolo Cucao ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Julio Corral was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. But to his dismay, Paolo Cucao quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. After some fancy dribbling in the 84th minute, Paolo Cucao managed to get in a good position for a shot. KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's supporters rose to their feet, but Paolo Cucao was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Corral breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 88th minute, Paolo Cucao made a precise shot to the right of Julio Corral. FK Baku's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. FK Baku's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
