Qi Yang Guang hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Filipe Meireles stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Zygmunt Wrzosek's shot from short distance in the 6th minute. When the match clock showed 6 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Zygmunt Wrzosek sped through KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Filipe Meireles. 9 minutes into the match, KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's goal looked a bit too open when Qi Yang Guang came free, but Filipe Meireles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zygmunt Wrzosek could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Filipe Meireles made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Paolo Cucao in the 13th minute of play forced Söderhall's goalkeeper Svante Stenqvist to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Clas Nørstrup sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 16 minutes of play, KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's Paolo Cucao made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Svante Stenqvist was left in no man's land by his defense there! Svante Stenqvist made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Paolo Cucao in the 27th minute of play. 33 minutes into the match, Paolo Cucao had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Svante Stenqvist. Söderhall's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paolo Cucao was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. In the 38th minute Paolo Cucao shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Svante Stenqvist saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38thth minute of the game Paolo Cucao who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Söderhall's Svante Stenqvist was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zygmunt Wrzosek in the 39th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Filipe Meireles saved KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ from getting behind. In the 44th minute, Zygmunt Wrzosek reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Filipe Meireles. The goal made the score 2-2. 47 minutes into the match, Söderhall's goal looked a bit too open when Paolo Cucao came free, but Svante Stenqvist reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Paolo Cucao was the one to do the kick off. After some careless play in the Söderhall defense, Paolo Cucao kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Svante Stenqvist. The Söderhall fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Svante Stenqvist should have stopped the shot. In the 59th minute of the match KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ got a corner. Söderhall's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Lech Frankowski ran over to the corner to take the kick. 60 minutes into the match, KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's goal looked a bit too open when Clas Nørstrup came free, but Filipe Meireles reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's Paolo Cucao in the 62nd minute got a chance for a shot 62nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Söderhall's goalie prevented a goal. The crowd rose to their feet as KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's Paolo Cucao slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Svante Stenqvist. That made the score 2-4 after 66 minutes of play. 69 minutes into the match, KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's Paolo Cucao sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Svante Stenqvist narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Filipe Meireles made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zygmunt Wrzosek in the 73rd minute of play. In the 80th play minute Paolo Cucao came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Svante Stenqvist. 2-5. Söderhall made a substitution. Sven-Åke Alebeck replaced Zygmunt Wrzosek. In the 84th minute of the match, Paolo Cucao tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Svante Stenqvist saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After some fancy dribbling in the 88th minute, Paolo Cucao managed to get in a good position for a shot. KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ's supporters rose to their feet, but Paolo Cucao was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Svante Stenqvist breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 94th minute, Paolo Cucao reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Svante Stenqvist. The goal made the score 2-6. The KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing KOLEJORZ POZNAŃ would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
