Gone With the Win
Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Arrows Academy FC's Ged Nightingale played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Keiran Tubbs in the 6th minute of play. Keiran Tubbs sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Keiran Tubbs could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 12th minute of the match, but Ged Nightingale made a huge save. After a rather tough play, Arrows Academy FC's Guy Hogg got a free kick in the 15th minute. Wen Jie Ting sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. When the match clock showed 20 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Grzegorz Piechna sped through Gone With the Win's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of La Mano. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alvar Olsson during the 23rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 24 played minutes Gone With the Win got a freekick which was hit by Alvar Olsson. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Corey Taylor managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gone With the Win's supporters rose to their feet, but Corey Taylor was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ged Nightingale breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 37th minute Keiran Tubbs shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ged Nightingale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 39 minutes into the match, Gone With the Win's goal looked a bit too open when Grzegorz Piechna came free, but La Mano reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ged Nightingale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rory Jobson in the 40th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rory Jobson in the 44th minute of play forced Arrows Academy FC's goalkeeper Ged Nightingale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Grzegorz Piechna made a kick off. With a little luck, Gone With the Win's La Mano got control of the ball when Guy Hogg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Arrows Academy FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Guy Hogg in the 59th minute. After 62 minutes, Bryan Barron mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Arrows Academy FC and the Gone With the Win players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Arrows Academy FC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Bryan Barron hit a great ball. In the 64th minute, Bryan Barron hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guy Hogg could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 66th minute of the match, but La Mano made a huge save. If Bryan Barron had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 67th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. If Yuan Xing Lin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 85 minutes into the match, Gone With the Win's goalkeeper La Mano had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Grzegorz Piechna. La Mano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bryan Barron in the 91st minute of the match. 92 minutes into the game, Hugo Bakker was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Arrows Academy FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gone With the Win the free kick. In the 92nd minute, Hugo Bakker hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 94 minutes into the match, Arrows Academy FC's goal looked a bit too open when Keiran Tubbs came free, but Ged Nightingale reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute of the match Gone With the Win got a corner. Arrows Academy FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Rory Jobson ran over to the corner to take the kick. Gone With the Win's Rory Jobson was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Ged Nightingale in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. The Arrows Academy FC players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
