The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Kazimír Kuthan got the match started through his kick off. Radoslaw Bielecki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jan Pająk, who was totally free with the ball in the 3rd minute. 7 minutes into the game, U21 Poland's Witold Bycofski nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Radoslaw Bielecki made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. The throw-in from Hao Feng Jie in the 10th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by U21 Poland's Zdzislaw Rydzewski. Radoslaw Bielecki didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Witold Bycofski went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. After 16 minutes of play, U21 Poland's Kamilo Glik made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Radoslaw Bielecki was left in no man's land by his defense there! STAL ST WOLA's Radoslaw Bielecki played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Witold Bycofski in the 19th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Witold Bycofski in the 20th minute of play forced STAL ST WOLA's goalkeeper Radoslaw Bielecki to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Radoslaw Bielecki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Witold Bycofski, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Tanek Wojtyna showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lionel Messias in the 27th minute of the match. U21 Poland were awarded a corner in the 31th minute after STAL ST WOLA's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Stanislaw Maziarski took the corner. Stanislaw Maziarski made a great header on U21 Poland's corner, it was just that STAL ST WOLA's Radoslaw Bielecki managed to reach the ball for a save. In the 35thth minute of the game Kazimír Kuthan who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but U21 Poland's Tanek Wojtyna was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Radoslaw Bielecki took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jan Pająk, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tanek Wojtyna stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Slawomir Sniegowski's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Witold Bycofski might have been able to make a better finish in the 41st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Radoslaw Bielecki. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Witold Bycofski ran back to his position shaking his head. Radoslaw Bielecki made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Witold Bycofski in the 41st minute of play. In the 46th match minute, U21 Poland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Karol Andrzejewski to maneuver through the defense. After the first half U21 Poland were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jan Pająk stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. U21 Poland's Tanek Wojtyna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kazimír Kuthan in the 51st minute of play. Jan Pająk could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 55th minute of the match, but Radoslaw Bielecki made a huge save. 59 minutes into the match, U21 Poland's goal looked a bit too open when Slawomir Sniegowski came free, but Tanek Wojtyna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Radoslaw Bielecki showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Witold Bycofski in the 61st minute of the match. Witold Bycofski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. U21 Poland made a substitution. Er Håland replaced Witold Bycofski. U21 Poland's Roman Fujarczuk was substituted for Karol Andrzejewski. The audience was convinced that Er Håland's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Radoslaw Bielecki was relentless in the 73rd minute of the game. 80 minutes into the match, Er Håland had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Radoslaw Bielecki. STAL ST WOLA's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Er Håland was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-5. When Roque Pirro came up free with the goalie in the 85th minute, the STAL ST WOLA fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Roque Pirro couldn't finish the play. After 87 played minutes STAL ST WOLA got a freekick which was hit by Gustaw Bendyk. Radoslaw Bielecki showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Er Håland, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. In the 90th minute Olgierd Mnich shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tanek Wojtyna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Federico Chiesa's late challenge caught a STAL ST WOLA's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Federico Chiesa helped the player get up and apologised. In the 93rd match minute, U21 Poland was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Federico Chiesa to maneuver through the defense.
