The referee ignored Murcia Promesas's protests and gave Lucio Rivera a yellow card for diving instead. Tancredo Griful showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Justo March in the 16th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the game, one of Murcia Promesas:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 23 minutes into the game, Amaro Casas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-4. Tancredo Griful was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tancredo Griful showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xiao Gasso, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Bahiano Camarasa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Galo Segura's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. When Ramón Grau came up free with the goalie in the 40th minute, the Murcia Promesas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ramón Grau couldn't finish the play. Tancredo Griful showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Justo March, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Tancredo Griful took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elvio Olmos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Triana Rep. Ind. getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Amaro Casas hit a great ball. The long shot by Ariel Domenech in the 46th minute really tested Bahiano Camarasa's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. When the match had gone on for 48 minutes, Ramón Grau put it in 1-5 from a short distance just to the right of Bahiano Camarasa. Triana Rep. Ind. made a substitution. Adulfo Alcantara replaced Cirino Verdeja.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ramón Grau was the one to do the kick off. When the match had gone on for 57 minutes, Cristofer Rivera took a quick shot and it went in 1-6 without a chance for Tancredo Griful to make any attempt to save it. The crowd rose to their feet as Adulfo Alcantara kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tancredo Griful. That made the score 1-7 in the 63 minute of play. After a rather tough play, Murcia Promesas's Galo Segura got a free kick in the 72nd minute. After some careless play in the Murcia Promesas defense, Amaro Casas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tancredo Griful. The Murcia Promesas fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tancredo Griful should have stopped the shot. Tancredo Griful was a little too slow when Amaro Casas got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 77th minute. The score was now 1-9. Murcia Promesas's Tancredo Griful played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adulfo Alcantara in the 81st minute of play. Murcia Promesas's Galo Segura got a good chance for a goal in the 83rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 84th minute, Adulfo Alcantara reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tancredo Griful. The goal made the score 1-10. 90 minutes into the match, Xiao Gasso dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tancredo Griful, 1-11. The crowd rose to their feet as Triana Rep. Ind.'s Amaro Casas slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Tancredo Griful. That made the score 1-12 after 93 minutes of play. In the 96th minute Xiao Gasso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tancredo Griful saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Murcia Promesas's Tancredo Griful played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Adulfo Alcantara in the 97th minute of play. 100 minutes into the match, Amaro Casas dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Tancredo Griful, 1-13. Triana Rep. Ind. played a much better game than Murcia Promesas and deserved their victory. The Murcia Promesas players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
