In the 6th minute, Oscar Deckbergh hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With an all-out effort, Vykans Vikingar's Adrian Springfält threw himself towards the right post 9 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Hjalmar Lindkvist, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. In the 11thth minute of the game Gunnar Hellström who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vykans Vikingar's Olov Wahlnäs was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. After a rather tough play, Vykans Vikingar's Oscar Deckbergh got a free kick in the 16th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Isak Qvarnström in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Olov Wahlnäs saved Vykans Vikingar from getting behind. An unexpectedly hard shot by Helge Gustafsson in the 18th minute of play forced Vykans Vikingar's goalkeeper Olov Wahlnäs to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of SJÖARED booed when Vykans Vikingar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Uno Forss didn't get a good kick on the ball. Urban Rudberg struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Olov Wahlnäs didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for SJÖARED. Olov Wahlnäs showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gunnar Hellström, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 31st minute Isak Qvarnström shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olov Wahlnäs saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to SJÖARED getting a freekick after 34 minutes play. Helge Gustafsson hit a great ball. After 36 played minutes Vykans Vikingar got a freekick which was hit by Sten Ånger. Vykans Vikingar's Olov Wahlnäs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Urban Rudberg in the 37th minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Oscar Deckbergh was the one to do the kick off. Vykans Vikingar's Olov Wahlnäs proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 56th minute of the match, managed to save Vykans Vikingar from getting a goal against them. After taking down the ball on SJÖARED's corner Peder Nyqvist fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Olov Wahlnäs quite easily take care of the ball. Adrian Springfält showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hjalmar Lindkvist, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. 61 minutes into the match, SJÖARED's goal looked a bit too open when Christoffer Johansson came free, but Adrian Springfält reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 61 played minutes Vykans Vikingar got a freekick which was hit by Patric Sjögren. Vykans Vikingar's Hubert Gustafsson was substituted for Gustaf Tunberg. SJÖARED's Maxi Rodriguez was substituted for Tim Hellbom. In the 62nd match minute, Vykans Vikingar was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patric Sjögren to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Vykans Vikingar's Olov Wahlnäs got control of the ball when Urban Rudberg tried to sneak it across the goal line. Isak Qvarnström received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Olov Wahlnäs tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Olov Wahlnäs showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isak Qvarnström in the 69th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 76th minute, Helge Gustafsson managed to get in a good position for a shot. SJÖARED's supporters rose to their feet, but Helge Gustafsson was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Olov Wahlnäs breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 79 minutes into the match, SJÖARED's goal looked a bit too open when Christoffer Johansson came free, but Adrian Springfält reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With his leg Olov Wahlnäs managed to avoid a goal in the 81stth minute, when SJÖARED's Urban Rudberg fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Vykans Vikingar's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Hjalmar Lindkvist in the 86th minute. A collision led to Vykans Vikingar getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Ove Vikström hit a great ball. Vykans Vikingar's Olov Wahlnäs played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isak Qvarnström in the 92nd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hjalmar Lindkvist in the 94th minute of play forced SJÖARED's goalkeeper Adrian Springfält to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Vykans Vikingar fans cheered their team off the field, for while SJÖARED had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
