Fernando Marinho might have been able to make a better finish in the 9th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Artur Boruc. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Poland's Artur Boruc played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fernando Marinho in the 9th minute of play. Kuno Lüdimõis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lech Pisarcik, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Lech Pisarcik spun around in front of the goal 11 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of FC ICEWIND DALE's goal. FC ICEWIND DALE's Kuno Lüdimõis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Korneliusz Trochowski in the 15th minute of play. Poland were awarded a corner in the 16th minute after FC ICEWIND DALE's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Lech Pisarcik took the corner. A nice corner shot did that Korneliusz Trochowski got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Kuno Lüdimõis quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Kuno Lüdimõis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Feliks Wojton's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Kuno Lüdimõis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lech Pisarcik in the 24th minute of play. In the 25th minute Ding Beckham shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Artur Boruc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pier Kopacz in the 28th minute of play forced FC ICEWIND DALE's goalkeeper Kuno Lüdimõis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The wind increased when Fernando Marinho made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, FC ICEWIND DALE's goal looked a bit too open when Herbert Grom came free, but Kuno Lüdimõis reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Herbert Grom in the 57th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kuno Lüdimõis saved FC ICEWIND DALE from getting behind. The supporters of Poland booed when FC ICEWIND DALE was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tomasz Łapiński didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 61st minute, Walery Wolicki hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lech Pisarcik might have been able to make a better finish in the 62nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Kuno Lüdimõis. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Lech Pisarcik ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to FC ICEWIND DALE getting a freekick after 69 minutes play. Ding Beckham hit a great ball. Poland made a substitution. Ding Beckham's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Artur Boruc read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 79th minute of play. With his leg Artur Boruc managed to avoid a goal in the 80thth minute, when FC ICEWIND DALE's Patryk Ranowiecki fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Kuno Lüdimõis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Marek Czech in the 84th minute of play. With a little luck, Poland's Artur Boruc got control of the ball when Patryk Ranowiecki tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Patryk Ranowiecki got free with Artur Boruc in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 96th minute, Marek Czech left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Poland fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Poland were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of FC ICEWIND DALE for a fine match.
