México Eterno MZC's Jailson Aparecido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Henry Costa in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Mihnea Zamfir hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aristide Ciuvică hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Capibaribe Stars's zone, Aristide Ciuvică stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thomás Toscano came out of the goal and Aristide Ciuvică tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The wind increased when Aristide Ciuvică made the kick off in the second half. Jailson Aparecido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henry Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. México Eterno MZC made a substitution. Gaudencio Pancho replaced Marcos Fantini. After having played for 58 minutes, Robinho Urbano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal.
