Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jeremias Salles to make the kick off. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Ján Novák couldn't finish the play. In the 62nd minute of the match, Žydrūnas Pauža tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Matheus Munhoz saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ján Novák in the 76th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Matheus Munhoz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jeremias Salles in the 78th minute of play forced MarineerS FK's goalkeeper Tayfun Tanfer to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 79 minutes into the game, Žydrūnas Pauža recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Matheus Munhoz. Žydrūnas Pauža showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-1. MarineerS FK's Derviş Akçınar was substituted for Lucien Vercalsteren. Lindner F.C made a substitution. Dalmo Dracena replaced Charlie Alfonso. In the 86th minute, Carl Rundell got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 87thth minute of the game Jeremias Salles who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MarineerS FK's Tayfun Tanfer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ján Novák hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match. In the 94th minute, Aycan Lütfi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The MarineerS FK supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing MarineerS FK would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
