When MarineerS FK's Žydrūnas Pauža in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Brent-Jan Van der Roost took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tekin Batırhan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 11th minute of the match, John Antolin sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Brent-Jan Van der Roost showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. In the 17th match minute, MarineerS FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mehmet Emrah Dolunay to maneuver through the defense. After 19 minutes, Matthew Marriott mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the KSV Ursene and the MarineerS FK players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to KSV Ursene getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Matthew Marriott hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Žydrūnas Pauža in the 20th minute of play forced KSV Ursene's goalkeeper Brent-Jan Van der Roost to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When MarineerS FK's Žydrūnas Pauža in the 22nd minute got a chance for a shot 22nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye KSV Ursene's goalie prevented a goal. Brent-Jan Van der Roost showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Davide Tonon, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. After some careless play in the KSV Ursene defense, Žydrūnas Pauža kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Brent-Jan Van der Roost. The KSV Ursene fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Brent-Jan Van der Roost should have stopped the shot. Brent-Jan Van der Roost didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Žydrūnas Pauža went, in the 32nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-4 was the resulting score. 39 minutes into the game, MarineerS FK's Mecnun Seha nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Brent-Jan Van der Roost made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. 45 minutes into the game, Žydrūnas Pauža cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-7. Brent-Jan Van der Roost was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in.

The wind increased when Ernest van Elderen made the kick off in the second half. 55 minutes into the match, KSV Ursene's goal looked a bit too open when Žydrūnas Pauža came free, but Brent-Jan Van der Roost reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 58 minutes into the match, KSV Ursene's goalkeeper Brent-Jan Van der Roost had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mehmet Emrah Dolunay. Žydrūnas Pauža was extremely unlucky when he, in the 59th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. An unexpected shot in the 60th minute by Ján Novák got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Brent-Jan Van der Roost showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Žydrūnas Pauža, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. Brent-Jan Van der Roost made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Žydrūnas Pauža in the 63rd minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Žydrūnas Pauža kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Brent-Jan Van der Roost. That made the score 0-8 in the 66 minute of play. Ernest van Elderen struck a weak shot in the 70th minute. Tayfun Tanfer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KSV Ursene. Brent-Jan Van der Roost showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Žydrūnas Pauža in the 75th minute of the match. In the 79thth minute of the game Žydrūnas Pauža who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KSV Ursene's Brent-Jan Van der Roost was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Brent-Jan Van der Roost was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Žydrūnas Pauža showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-10 in the 80 minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as MarineerS FK's Žydrūnas Pauža slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Brent-Jan Van der Roost. That made the score 0-11 after 83 minutes of play. Brent-Jan Van der Roost came out of the goal in the 86th minute to try and stop a shot by MarineerS FK's Žydrūnas Pauža. But to his dismay, Žydrūnas Pauža quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-12. Mehmet Emrah Dolunay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Brent-Jan Van der Roost tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the match clock showed 90 minutes, the score became 0-13 when Žydrūnas Pauža sped through KSV Ursene's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Brent-Jan Van der Roost. In the 97thth minute of the game Žydrūnas Pauža who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but KSV Ursene's Brent-Jan Van der Roost was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. MarineerS FK's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
