Spectators: 52 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 12, VIP seats: 1) In the 6th minute the ball was on its way in behind Galatasaray SK's goalkeeper Latif Al Fakir, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Sporting Buceo's attentive Yao Yan Sen managed to snatch the ball when Frank Zijden made a throw-in in the 11th minute of the game. Latif Al Fakir took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergio Rengifo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 13 minutes, Sergio Rengifo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Sporting Buceo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Sergio Rengifo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Sergio Rengifo might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Latif Al Fakir. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sergio Rengifo ran back to his position shaking his head. Latif Al Fakir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Rengifo in the 18th minute of play. Sergio Rengifo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 19th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sergio Rengifo in the 19th minute of play forced Galatasaray SK's goalkeeper Latif Al Fakir to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Sergio Rengifo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Latif Al Fakir made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergio Rengifo in the 22nd minute of play. Guillen Ubiña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anders Målare in the 29th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Anders Målare ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Guillen Ubiña was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. In the 39th match minute, Sporting Buceo was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Deunoro Hinojosa to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Galatasaray SK's zone, Sergio Rengifo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Latif Al Fakir came out of the goal and Sergio Rengifo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Galatasaray SK fans' excitement grew in the 44th match minute when Galatasaray SK's Anders Målare looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After a rather tough play, Galatasaray SK's Frank Zijden got a free kick in the 46th minute. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Cristiano Hagi to make the kick off. Yao Yan Sen might have been able to make a better finish in the 51st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Latif Al Fakir. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yao Yan Sen ran back to his position shaking his head. Galatasaray SK's Latif Al Fakir played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sergio Rengifo in the 55th minute of play. With his leg Latif Al Fakir managed to avoid a goal in the 57thth minute, when Sporting Buceo's Sergio Rengifo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Sergio Rengifo might have been able to make a better finish in the 60th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Latif Al Fakir. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sergio Rengifo ran back to his position shaking his head. With a little luck, Galatasaray SK's Latif Al Fakir got control of the ball when Sergio Rengifo tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Sergio Rengifo got free with Latif Al Fakir in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 68th minute, Sporting Buceo's Sergio Rengifo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 3-1. In the 73rd minute of the match, Sergio Rengifo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Latif Al Fakir was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 74 minutes Galatasaray SK's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Sagrario Yribarren who took care of the corner kick. In the 76th minute of the match Sporting Buceo got a corner. Galatasaray SK's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Sagrario Yribarren ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Sporting Buceo's Sagrario Yribarren to fire away a dangerous shot which Latif Al Fakir despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Sergio Rengifo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Latif Al Fakir made a huge save. Sergio Rengifo took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Latif Al Fakir. Latif Al Fakir dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. Latif Al Fakir made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Sergio Rengifo sent off a good shot on target. Sporting Buceo were awarded a corner in the 84th minute after Galatasaray SK's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Sagrario Yribarren took the corner. In the 89thth minute of the game Sergio Rengifo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Galatasaray SK's Latif Al Fakir was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cristiano Hagi in the 91st minute of play forced Sporting Buceo's goalkeeper Guillen Ubiña to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sporting Buceo's Deunoro Hinojosa quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Stepan Kolyshko, made in the 93rd minute of the game. Galatasaray SK were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Sporting Buceo for a fine match.
