ColSan2301's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mauricio Etxepare was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Vicente Eyague fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquiles Ekaitz having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Hector Urko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luís Xande in the 31st minute of play forced Sinbosteros's goalkeeper Maximiliano Tab to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Maximiliano Tab was out of position in the 32 minute of play, and Narciso Orlanda capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Narciso Orlanda really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. In the 35th minute Ariel Alfonso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aquiles Ekaitz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Urko in the 39th minute of play forced ColSan2301's goalkeeper Aquiles Ekaitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Ariel Alfonso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 45th minute, Ariel Alfonso made a precise shot to the right of Aquiles Ekaitz. ColSan2301's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ariel Alfonso stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Hector Urko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Aquiles Ekaitz. ColSan2301's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hector Urko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-2. Aquiles Ekaitz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Uriel Mikeldi in the 58th minute. 58 minutes into the game, Uriel Mikeldi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Aquiles Ekaitz. Uriel Mikeldi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-3. Ariel Alfonso's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 61stth minute, Aquiles Ekaitz skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 62 minutes into the game, Hector Urko was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sinbosteros's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave ColSan2301 the free kick. Hector Urko hit a great freekick 62 minutes into the match. When Luís Xande came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the ColSan2301 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Luís Xande couldn't finish the play. When Narciso Orlanda fell near the penalty area in the 66th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ColSan2301's protests and gave Narciso Orlanda a yellow card for diving instead. Narciso Orlanda hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hector Urko in the 67th minute of play forced ColSan2301's goalkeeper Aquiles Ekaitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With his leg Aquiles Ekaitz managed to avoid a goal in the 75thth minute, when Sinbosteros's Ariel Alfonso fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side.
