Benedicto Hondo's late challenge caught a Algoso Warriors's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benedicto Hondo helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Nippur de Lagash 2 getting a freekick after 47 minutes play. Benedicto Hondo hit a great ball.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Gio Moreno was the one to do the kick off. Casimiro Cordarell's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Luís Galvão read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 53rd minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, Casimiro Cordarell notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Algoso Warriors's Luís Galvão.
