Bernard Niemojewski made a fantastic save in the 4th minute, when Dolf Schoonderwoerd sent off a good shot on target. In the 6th minute Piearres Olalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernard Niemojewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. André Luiz Linares kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. With a little luck, Dreamland's Bernard Niemojewski got control of the ball when Dolf Schoonderwoerd tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 17 minutes Dreamland's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ed Palsma who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on The Underdogs's corner Riemer Fries fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Bernard Niemojewski quite easily take care of the ball. Dolf Schoonderwoerd could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 18th minute of the match, but Bernard Niemojewski made a huge save. Dolf Schoonderwoerd blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Bernard Niemojewski having to make a save. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Piearres Olalla in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bernard Niemojewski saved Dreamland from getting behind. Dreamland's Bernard Niemojewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dolf Schoonderwoerd in the 28th minute of play. Bernard Niemojewski made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Piearres Olalla in the 33rd minute of play. Cristiano Alagoano kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. In the 38th minute Robin Boelens shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bernard Niemojewski saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Dreamland's defense didn't have a chance, in the 42nd minute, when Dolf Schoonderwoerd scored to the left of an out of position Bernard Niemojewski, making the score, 2-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Piearres Olalla made a kick off. If Cristiano Alagoano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 52nd minute, Dolf Schoonderwoerd made a precise shot to the right of Bernard Niemojewski. Dreamland's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-0. In the 62nd minute the ball was on its way in behind The Underdogs's goalkeeper Jan Wessel, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 64 played minutes The Underdogs got a freekick which was hit by Ed Palsma. Dreamland made a substitution. Ryszard Kowalski replaced Norbert Zjawin. After a rather tough play, The Underdogs's Ed Palsma got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 67th minute of the match Arkadiusz Siekierka sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Jan Wessel skillfully saved the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dolf Schoonderwoerd in the 70th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Bernard Niemojewski prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Cristiano Alagoano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jan Wessel having to make a save.
