The shot was a little too simple and Hector Pedroso could save by the left post. 7 minutes into the match, Justo Mirande had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Waldemar Solarek. Olympiacos FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Justo Mirande was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After 11 played minutes Tiburones Pacufantásticos got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Orlin. Konstantinos Meletiou's late challenge caught a Tiburones Pacufantásticos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Konstantinos Meletiou helped the player get up and apologised. Hector Pedroso took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paschalis Stavrakos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 21st minute, Roque Acosta made a precise shot to the right of Waldemar Solarek. Olympiacos FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-2. Waldemar Solarek made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. After the first half Tiburones Pacufantásticos were leading 1-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Justo Mirande to strike the kick off in the second half. 53 minutes into the game, Roque Acosta was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tiburones Pacufantásticos's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Olympiacos FC the free kick. In the 69th minute, Sakis Paragioudakis got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Tiburones Pacufantásticos getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Reynaldo Naelio hit a great ball. Tiburones Pacufantásticos's Hector Pedroso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Paschalis Stavrakos in the 75th minute of play. Sakis Paragioudakis hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Justo Mirande received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Waldemar Solarek tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tiburones Pacufantásticos's Hector Pedroso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Themos Proedropoulos in the 79th minute of play. Emanuel Orlin kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Hector Pedroso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Paschalis Stavrakos, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. A collision led to Tiburones Pacufantásticos getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Justo Mirande hit a great ball. When the match was over Tiburones Pacufantásticos could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Olympiacos FC throughout the match.
