In the 4th minute, Berke Rush made a precise shot to the right of Abelardo Macías. Plaza Babys CF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Berke Rush recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 7th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Abelardo Macías showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Berke Rush, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. Wen Yu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 11th minute of the match, but Edvaldo Gaspar made a huge save. In the 12th minute the ball was on its way in behind Frenchville Sports Club's goalkeeper Edvaldo Gaspar, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Edvaldo Gaspar made an important save on a dangerous shot by Yasin Saleh in the 17th minute. 18 minutes into the match, Plaza Babys CF's goal looked a bit too open when Berke Rush came free, but Abelardo Macías reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Starri Ööpik in the 19th minute of play forced Plaza Babys CF's goalkeeper Abelardo Macías to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yasin Saleh could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Edvaldo Gaspar made a huge save. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yasin Saleh in the 29th minute of play forced Frenchville Sports Club's goalkeeper Edvaldo Gaspar to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Frenchville Sports Club's Edvaldo Gaspar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yasin Saleh in the 31st minute of play. In the 34th minute, Yasin Saleh made a precise shot to the right of Edvaldo Gaspar. Frenchville Sports Club's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Berke Rush received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Abelardo Macías tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Yasin Saleh might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Edvaldo Gaspar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Yasin Saleh ran back to his position shaking his head. Berke Rush sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bernardino Aguilo made in the 42nd minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Pietro Echavarri however managed to control. With an all-out effort, Plaza Babys CF's Edvaldo Gaspar threw himself towards the right post 44 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Yasin Saleh, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Wen Yu made a kick off. In the 56th minute, Zahar Garzon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 57th minute, Best Didlock sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Plaza Babys CF's Abelardo Macías didn't even have to move. Frenchville Sports Club's Edvaldo Gaspar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yasin Saleh in the 59th minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Frenchville Sports Club's Berke Rush ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Abelardo Macías. Abelardo Macías yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. 66 minutes into the match, Yasin Saleh had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edvaldo Gaspar. Frenchville Sports Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yasin Saleh was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-2. Plaza Babys CF's Elisardo Campomanes was substituted for Zahar Garzon. In the 70th minute, Yasin Saleh got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Plaza Babys CF booed when Frenchville Sports Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Csaba Baló didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 77 minutes, Berke Rush managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Frenchville Sports Club's supporters crossed their fingers, but Berke Rush was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 82nd minute, Wen Yu managed to get in a good position for a shot. Plaza Babys CF's supporters rose to their feet, but Wen Yu was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Edvaldo Gaspar breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 84 minutes into the match, Yasin Saleh had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Edvaldo Gaspar. Frenchville Sports Club's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Yasin Saleh was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Edvaldo Gaspar stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wen Yu's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. For all the effort they put into the match, the Frenchville Sports Club players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Plaza Babys CF.
