In the 17th minute of the match, Teobaldo Ubarna got a very nice opportunity to score, but Merdin Merdaci was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Peneios Protopsaltis kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. Andres Lastur made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicodemo Saravia in the 22nd minute of play.
