The Fomac FK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Erik Thorstvedt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorino Ado, who was totally free with the ball in the 6th minute. Barrikako Herensugeak F.C's Erik Thorstvedt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rikard Smefeldt in the 10th minute of play. Erik Thorstvedt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Victorino Ado, who was totally free with the ball in the 13th minute. Erik Thorstvedt showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eddie Sörman in the 15th minute of the match. Erik Thorstvedt stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eddie Sörman's shot from short distance in the 16th minute. Michel Hervé might have been able to make a better finish in the 17th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ross Barber. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Michel Hervé ran back to his position shaking his head. If Michel Hervé had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Erik Thorstvedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eddie Sörman in the 25th minute of play. In the 34th minute, Flóki Ólafsson got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 37 minutes into the match, Victorino Ado notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Barrikako Herensugeak F.C's Erik Thorstvedt. Erik Thorstvedt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Barrikako Herensugeak F.C's Erik Thorstvedt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Flóki Ólafsson in the 41st minute of play. The supporters of Fomac FK booed when Barrikako Herensugeak F.C was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Vitor Cambero didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 43 played minutes, Fomac FK's Tobias Stenström shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Erik Thorstvedt came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Fomac FK reached it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Flóki Ólafsson in the 46th minute of play forced Barrikako Herensugeak F.C's goalkeeper Erik Thorstvedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Disappointed in the 0-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Eddie Sörman to strike the kick off in the second half. The audience thought a goal was coming when Victorino Ado got free with Erik Thorstvedt in the 51st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Michel Hervé charged in rather forcefully in the 53rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Michel Hervé the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 53rd minute, Michel Hervé hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 61 minutes Barrikako Herensugeak F.C's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Tobias Stenström who took care of the corner kick. Erik Thorstvedt took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Victorino Ado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Fomac FK's Iacob Pascu got a free kick in the 65th minute. Erik Thorstvedt came out of the goal in the 69th minute to try and stop a shot by Fomac FK's Victorino Ado. But to his dismay, Victorino Ado quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. Barrikako Herensugeak F.C's Erik Thorstvedt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Barrikako Herensugeak F.C from getting a goal against them. Victorino Ado received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Erik Thorstvedt came out and tried to block the shot, but Victorino Ado slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 73rd minute. Michel Hervé sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Erik Thorstvedt made a fantastic save in the 79th minute, when Rikard Smefeldt sent off a good shot on target. Through an outstanding action, after 94 minutes, Erik Thorstvedt successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Michel Hervé in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ross Barber saved Fomac FK from getting behind. When the final whistle sounded Fomac FK left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Barrikako Herensugeak F.C.
