In the 20th minute the ball was on its way in behind AL TOKE FC's goalkeeper Denis Gilabert, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marcelo Gallarde in the 23rd minute of play forced AL TOKE FC's goalkeeper Denis Gilabert to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Genílson Carneiros short, quick shot in the 32ndth minute got Denis Gilabert to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The supporters of AL TOKE FC booed when Hala Madrid Iraki FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Stefan Danielsson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rubinho Novaes struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Denis Gilabert didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Hala Madrid Iraki FC. Remo Dracena might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Ruben Montez. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Remo Dracena ran back to his position shaking his head. If Marcelo Gallarde had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Genílson Carneiro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 44th minute of the match, but Denis Gilabert made a huge save. The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Rubinho Novaes to strike the kick off in the second half. After 53 played minutes AL TOKE FC got a freekick which was hit by Ture Dybro. AL TOKE FC's Denis Gilabert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rubinho Novaes in the 56th minute of play. 58 minutes into the match, AL TOKE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Marcelo Gallarde came free, but Denis Gilabert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Hala Madrid Iraki FC's Kristian Tillman got a free kick in the 62nd minute. AL TOKE FC's Jonatan Reyes was substituted for Jean-Paul van der Leegte. In the 65th minute Marcelo Gallarde shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Denis Gilabert saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 67th minute Evelio Blasi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ruben Montez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Marcelo Gallarde's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Denis Gilabert read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 68th minute of play. After 70 played minutes AL TOKE FC got a freekick which was hit by Jonatan Reyes. With a little luck, Hala Madrid Iraki FC's Ruben Montez got control of the ball when Remo Dracena tried to sneak it across the goal line. Genílson Carneiro kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Ruben Montez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Remo Dracena, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Genílson Carneiro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Denis Gilabert was relentless in the 81st minute of the game. AL TOKE FC's Denis Gilabert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rubinho Novaes in the 91st minute of play. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Hala Madrid Iraki FC fully deserved thier win.
