Topsail's supporters crossed their fingers, but Akşemseddin Uysal was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. SK Annenieki's Jānis Lielais played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Antal Fodor in the 11th minute of play. After a rather tough play, SK Annenieki's Drosmis Kalnaiza got a free kick in the 12th minute. Bill Carmichael showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Artūrs Sagalats in the 19th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Artūrs Sagalats in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Bill Carmichael saved Topsail from getting behind. Jānis Lielais showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Akşemseddin Uysal, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by 盛世 龙云云 in the 29th minute of play forced SK Annenieki's goalkeeper Jānis Lielais to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Reinholds Jaunzems got free with Bill Carmichael in the 34th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Jānis Lielais showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antal Fodor in the 42nd minute of the match. With a little luck, SK Annenieki's Jānis Lielais got control of the ball when Szymon Skonieczny tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 70th minute Antal Fodor shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jānis Lielais saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Aigars Builis charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. After some careless play in the SK Annenieki defense, Szymon Skonieczny kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jānis Lielais. The SK Annenieki fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jānis Lielais should have stopped the shot. After 88 minutes, Vilis Lettlands mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the SK Annenieki and the Topsail players grew even worse after the yellow card. 91 minutes into the match, Topsail's Lucas Mota sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jānis Lielais narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the last second Jānis Lielais throw himself and got hold of the ball when Lucas Mota in the 91stth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. 94 minutes into the match, SK Annenieki's goal looked a bit too open when Antal Fodor came free, but Jānis Lielais reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Reinholds Jaunzems took the ball and in the 96 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bill Carmichael. Bill Carmichael dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
