Arron Bado's late challenge caught a Jovens Democratas MZC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Arron Bado helped the player get up and apologised. In the 4th match minute, Nacional de Rolândia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Arron Bado to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Nacional de Rolândia's zone, Duda Amorim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Victor Negri came out of the goal and Duda Amorim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Bob Rock could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 6th minute of the match, but Dalmo Saldanha made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Nacional de Rolândia's Bob Rock slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dalmo Saldanha. That made the score 1-0 after 6 minutes of play. A nice corner shot did that Gabriel Quadros got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Dalmo Saldanha quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Dalmo Saldanha made a fantastic save in the 15th minute, when Saul Jaen sent off a good shot on target. In the 17thth minute of the game Chico de Sousa who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Nacional de Rolândia's Victor Negri was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Nacional de Rolândia's Victor Negri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Duda Amorim in the 18th minute of play. With a little luck, Jovens Democratas MZC's Dalmo Saldanha got control of the ball when Mats Nyman tried to sneak it across the goal line. Duda Amorim received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 21st minute. Victor Negri tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Saul Jaen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Leonardo Guerra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Dalmo Saldanha made a fantastic save in the 27th minute, when Saul Jaen sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Chico de Sousa in the 28th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victor Negri prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Chico de Sousa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Victor Negri having to interfere. Nacional de Rolândia's Victor Negri played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruy de Brito in the 33rd minute of play. 38 minutes into the match, Nacional de Rolândia's goal looked a bit too open when Duda Amorim came free, but Victor Negri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 41 minutes into the match, Duda Amorim notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of Nacional de Rolândia's Victor Negri. Victor Negri was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mümtazer Kutlan charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mümtazer Kutlan the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Nacional de Rolândia booed when Jovens Democratas MZC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mümtazer Kutlan didn't get a good kick on the ball. Dalmo Saldanha was a little too slow when Gabriel Quadros got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 2-1. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.
Dalmo Saldanha showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Saul Jaen, who was totally free with the ball in the 53rd minute. 54 minutes into the match, Nacional de Rolândia's goal looked a bit too open when Chico de Sousa came free, but Victor Negri reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Jovens Democratas MZC's Ruy de Brito got a free kick in the 55th minute. Dalmo Saldanha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bob Rock, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Dalmo Saldanha stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Saul Jaen's shot from short distance in the 59th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Chico de Sousa in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Victor Negri saved Nacional de Rolândia from getting behind. Jovens Democratas MZC's Dominik Szoboszlai was substituted for Valdir Miranda. In a very dangerous position, a player in Jovens Democratas MZC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 61st minute. Penalty! After some fancy dribbling in the 66th minute, Saul Jaen managed to get in a good position for a shot. Nacional de Rolândia's supporters rose to their feet, but Saul Jaen was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dalmo Saldanha breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jovens Democratas MZC made a substitution. Durval de Queirós replaced Duda Amorim. Durval de Queirós scored 3-2 in the 71st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Victor Negri, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dalmo Saldanha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Saul Jaen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 86th match minute, Jovens Democratas MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dominik Szoboszlai to maneuver through the defense. Dalmo Saldanha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bob Rock in the 90th minute of play. In the 92nd minute of the match, Leonardo Guerra tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Victor Negri saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Jovens Democratas MZC's Leonardo Guerra got a good chance for a goal in the 92nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Xu Li Sang's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 94thth minute, Victor Negri skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 98th minute, Cyryl Joks ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dalmo Saldanha was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. For all the effort they put into the match, the Jovens Democratas MZC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Nacional de Rolândia.
