Lawrance See showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pino Van Hinnendaels, who was totally free with the ball in the 4th minute. Alek De Hondt received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 8th minute. Lawrance See tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 9th minute Sem Roekeloos suffered a thigh injury and had to be helped off the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Pino Van Hinnendaels in the 12th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lawrance See saved Stratton FC from getting behind. When KV Schoonwater's Pino Van Hinnendaels in the 12th minute got a chance for a shot 12th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Stratton FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 18th minute the ball was on its way in behind Stratton FC's goalkeeper Lawrance See, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lawrance See took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alek De Hondt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 26 minutes into the match, Stratton FC's goal looked a bit too open when Philipp Stuijckens came free, but Lawrance See reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Pino Van Hinnendaels had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 28th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 37 minutes of play, KV Schoonwater's Alek De Hondt made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lawrance See was left in no man's land by his defense there! Alessandro Sacchi succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 1-1 in the 44th playminute. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Pino Van Hinnendaels stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Thanks to some nice moves Pino Van Hinnendaels could shoot a difficult shot in the 54th minute, which Lawrance See however easily saved by the left post. The audience thought a goal was coming when Thibaud Rymenans got free with Lawrance See in the 55th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. KV Schoonwater's Henk Jonckers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jervis Tresise in the 60th minute of play. Henk Jonckers made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Sacchi in the 64th minute of play. Jens Sundström kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. In the 69th match minute, Stratton FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jens Sundström to maneuver through the defense. Alessandro Sacchi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 72nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Reinard Billen kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Reinard Billen hit a great freekick 77 minutes into the match. Henk Jonckers showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessandro Sacchi in the 78th minute of the match. KV Schoonwater's Henk Jonckers played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ivan Warhurst in the 89th minute of play. 91 minutes into the match, Stratton FC's goalkeeper Lawrance See had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Pino Van Hinnendaels. If Pino Van Hinnendaels had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lawrance See didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pino Van Hinnendaels went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-2 was the resulting score. KV Schoonwater's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
