The Sipo EC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. The supporters of АФК Фонтаните booed when Sipo EC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Doni Leme didn't get a good kick on the ball. АФК Фонтаните's Rumen Tomchev proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 12th minute of the match, managed to save АФК Фонтаните from getting a goal against them. 13 minutes into the game, Sipo EC's Noel Velloso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rumen Tomchev made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. After 20 minutes of play, Sipo EC's Noel Velloso made it 3-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rumen Tomchev was left in no man's land by his defense there! 25 minutes into the match, Oséias Gerber notched a goal, 4-0, to the right of АФК Фонтаните's Rumen Tomchev. Rumen Tomchev was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. АФК Фонтаните's attentive Vencho Panev managed to snatch the ball when Sebastião Mendonça made a throw-in in the 28th minute of the game. АФК Фонтаните's Rumen Tomchev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noel Velloso in the 31st minute of play. Filip Bykowski kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. Zhelyazko Yarlovski struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Carroll Hathaway didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for АФК Фонтаните. Rumen Tomchev came out of the goal in the 39th minute to try and stop a shot by Sipo EC's Noel Velloso. But to his dismay, Noel Velloso quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-0. Zhelyazko Yarlovski's late challenge caught a Sipo EC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Zhelyazko Yarlovski helped the player get up and apologised. After 42 played minutes АФК Фонтаните got a freekick which was hit by Zhelyazko Yarlovski. Carroll Hathaway made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Evgeni Tzonkov in the 47th minute of play. 49 minutes had been played when some careless play by Sipo EC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gancho Klochkov was slow to take the kick. During this time АФК Фонтаните's players had a chance to rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Zhelyazko Yarlovski to strike the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in АФК Фонтаните's zone, Noel Velloso stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Rumen Tomchev came out of the goal and Noel Velloso tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 58 minutes into the match, АФК Фонтаните's goal looked a bit too open when Oséias Gerber came free, but Rumen Tomchev reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. АФК Фонтаните's Rumen Tomchev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noel Velloso in the 59th minute of play. After some careless play in the Sipo EC defense, Dimcho Chikichev kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Carroll Hathaway. The Sipo EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Carroll Hathaway should have stopped the shot. Noel Velloso took the ball and in the 63 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rumen Tomchev. Rumen Tomchev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-1. After 67 played minutes Sipo EC got a freekick which was hit by Armando Prado. In the 70th minute Oséias Gerber shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rumen Tomchev saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 72nd minute, Silvano Mohamed hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Carroll Hathaway didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Zhelyazko Yarlovski went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-2 was the resulting score. Rumen Tomchev took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Carlos Alberto Passos, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 78 minutes into the game, Carlos Alberto Passos cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 7-2. Rumen Tomchev was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Rumen Tomchev didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elói Ferreira went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 8-2 was the resulting score. Rumen Tomchev showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Noel Velloso, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. АФК Фонтаните's Rumen Tomchev played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Noel Velloso in the 86th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Noel Velloso in the 88th minute of play forced АФК Фонтаните's goalkeeper Rumen Tomchev to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Sipo EC's Armando Prado got a free kick in the 96th minute. Sipo EC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest.
