Ortíz Relloso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Zé Carlos Alves fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ortíz Relloso having to interfere. Zé Carlos Alves showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

In the 53rd minute Zé Carlos Alves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ortíz Relloso saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 85 minutes, Ysmael Golpe mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the CANTERANOS DMS and the Olímpico Blumenau FC players grew even worse after the yellow card.
