Santos City's Rogelio Aurken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gogo Florinio in the 34th minute of play. In the 35th minute Eleuterio Galo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jess Johnson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Santos City getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Silvinho Furtado hit a great ball. Santos City's Rogelio Aurken played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruperto Taurino in the 40th minute of play. The supporters of Colosos Afc booed when Santos City was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valério Galvão didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rogelio Aurken showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gogo Florinio, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Luis Gaufred was the one to do the kick off. Colosos Afc's supporters rose to their feet, but Luis Gaufred was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rogelio Aurken breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gogo Florinio scored 1-3 in the 82nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rogelio Aurken, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Ruperto Taurino kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eleuterio Galo in the 88th minute of play forced Colosos Afc's goalkeeper Jess Johnson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adilson Andrade in the 89th minute a chance for a shot on goal. In the 91st minute, Haroldo Dolfos reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rogelio Aurken. The goal made the score 1-4. 95 minutes into the match, Santos City's goal looked a bit too open when Ruperto Taurino came free, but Rogelio Aurken reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Colosos Afc had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
