An unexpectedly hard shot by Manuel Peres in the 8th minute of play forced 0 descensos's goalkeeper Adolfo Adrio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 12 minutes into the match, 0 descensos's goal looked a bit too open when Claudius Marsching came free, but Adolfo Adrio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 13 minutes, Erwin Backes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the De Gulden Draak and the 0 descensos players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 13th match minute, De Gulden Draak was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Erwin Backes to maneuver through the defense. Siim Kikas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas-James Joshua, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Dieter Strelow during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 17th minute, Dieter Strelow hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 18 minutes into the match, De Gulden Draak's goalkeeper Siim Kikas had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Mauricio Oriche. In the 20th minute, Evert Heremans got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mauricio Oriche in the 23rd minute of play forced De Gulden Draak's goalkeeper Siim Kikas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Siim Kikas took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Oscar Ermano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 27th minute, Erwin Backes made a precise shot to the right of Adolfo Adrio. 0 descensos's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. The crowd rose to their feet as 0 descensos's Oscar Ermano slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Siim Kikas. That made the score 1-1 after 32 minutes of play. Siim Kikas made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mauricio Oriche in the 37th minute. Gert Porsche's late challenge caught a 0 descensos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Gert Porsche helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, De Gulden Draak's Gert Porsche got a free kick in the 39th minute. The referee felt a red card was in order, 48 minutes into the game, when Anselm Neuhäuser put in a rough tackle. 47 minutes into the game, one of De Gulden Draak:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

57 minutes into the match, Mauricio Oriche had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Siim Kikas. De Gulden Draak's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Mauricio Oriche was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. When Mauricio Oriche came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the 0 descensos fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mauricio Oriche couldn't finish the play. After 60 played minutes 0 descensos got a freekick which was hit by Enrique Firmin. Adolfo Adrio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erwin Backes in the 63rd minute. Adolfo Adrio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Claudius Marsching in the 66th minute of play. After a rather tough play, De Gulden Draak's Gert Porsche got a free kick in the 67th minute. After 68 played minutes De Gulden Draak got a freekick which was hit by Gert Porsche. Siim Kikas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bernabe Rojas, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. De Gulden Draak's Siim Kikas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bernabe Rojas in the 79th minute of play. Claudius Marsching fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Adolfo Adrio having to interfere. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Bernabe Rojas in the 86th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Siim Kikas saved De Gulden Draak from getting behind. 0 descensos's Adolfo Adrio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 96th minute of the match, managed to save 0 descensos from getting a goal against them. The supporters of De Gulden Draak booed when 0 descensos was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas-James Joshua didn't get a good kick on the ball. De Gulden Draak's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
