The FC Lëtzebuerg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that David Bismarck should have stopped the shot. Cédric Payen sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Tomás Baldaia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Victor Van Lueven took the ball and in the 28 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Bismarck. David Bismarck dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jordi Paschiers got free with David Bismarck in the 31st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Miguel Sanches blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Kamiel Ingelborgh having to make a save. 37 minutes into the match, Miguel Sanches had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kamiel Ingelborgh. Ad Fundum's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Miguel Sanches was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-1. If Cédric Payen had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Ad Fundum getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Pierre-Paul Van Dijck hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomás Baldaia got free with David Bismarck in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 48 minutes into the game, Tim Tudor was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Lëtzebuerg's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ad Fundum the free kick. Tim Tudor kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Ad Fundum's Tomás Baldaia slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of David Bismarck. That made the score 4-1 after 49 minutes of play. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cédric Payen made a kick off. Kamiel Ingelborgh was a little too slow when Miguel Sanches got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 4-2. With an all-out effort, FC Lëtzebuerg's Kamiel Ingelborgh threw himself towards the right post 65 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cirilo Izotz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Jarno Van Dyck struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. David Bismarck didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ad Fundum. David Bismarck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jordi Paschiers in the 72nd minute of the match. David Bismarck showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomás Baldaia, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. David Bismarck made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jordi Paschiers in the 78th minute of play. After a rather tough play, FC Lëtzebuerg's Tim Tudor got a free kick in the 80th minute. David Bismarck took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erwin Albert, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jordi Paschiers took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised David Bismarck. David Bismarck dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. David Bismarck showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alexandre Van Beneden in the 92nd minute of the match. A collision led to Ad Fundum getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Pierre-Paul Van Dijck hit a great ball.
