The audience was convinced that Lucero Mezquita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ted Kobbeltvedt was relentless in the 5th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Pablo-Enrique Lopez got free with Ted Kobbeltvedt in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 9th minute, Roberto Peto made a precise shot to the right of Ted Kobbeltvedt. FC Drik's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. In the 12thth minute of the game Lucero Mezquita who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC Drik's Ted Kobbeltvedt was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Sperides's Hibai Olano played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gunvald Mitens in the 16th minute of play. After 18 minutes FC Drik's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Isaac Carballido who took care of the corner kick. It was a well-played corner which Marcel Desailly managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. Hibai Olano showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hemming Glykær in the 24th minute of the match. In the 27th minute of the match Sperides got a corner. FC Drik's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Isaac Carballido ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Sperides's Isaac Carballido to fire away a dangerous shot which Ted Kobbeltvedt despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Sperides's Lucero Mezquita was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 29th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. The supporters of Sperides booed when FC Drik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Kjell Björstedt didn't get a good kick on the ball. Willy Reitoft kicked well hit freekick during the 36th minute of the match. Lucero Mezquita had several of the FC Drik's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 37 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 4-0 score and a disappointed Ted Kobbeltvedt as he didn't even see the shot coming. Lucas Drevsgård kicked well hit freekick during the 40th minute of the match. When Sperides's Lucero Mezquita in the 44th minute got a chance for a shot 44th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Drik's goalie prevented a goal. With a little luck, FC Drik's Ted Kobbeltvedt got control of the ball when Lucero Mezquita tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lucero Mezquita got free with Ted Kobbeltvedt in the 47th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Lucero Mezquita made a kick off. When the match had gone on for 53 minutes, Lucero Mezquita put it in 5-0 from a short distance just to the right of Ted Kobbeltvedt. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucero Mezquita in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ted Kobbeltvedt saved FC Drik from getting behind. In the 60th minute, Denis Schubring reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Hibai Olano. The goal made the score 5-1. When Sperides's Lucero Mezquita in the 63rd minute got a chance for a shot 63rd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye FC Drik's goalie prevented a goal. 65 minutes into the match, FC Drik's goal looked a bit too open when Lucero Mezquita came free, but Ted Kobbeltvedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Drik's goalkeeper Ted Kobbeltvedt, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The supporters of Sperides booed when FC Drik was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 71 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hemming Glykær didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 72 minutes, Lucero Mezquita made it 6-1 with a short kick to the right side. FC Drik's Ted Kobbeltvedt tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lucero Mezquita in the 76th minute of play forced FC Drik's goalkeeper Ted Kobbeltvedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ernst Barskov kicked well hit freekick during the 77th minute of the match. Ted Kobbeltvedt made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lucero Mezquita in the 81st minute of play. In the 81st minute, Ernst Barskov hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 82 minutes into the match, FC Drik's goal looked a bit too open when Lucero Mezquita came free, but Ted Kobbeltvedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Roberto Peto in the 84th minute of play forced FC Drik's goalkeeper Ted Kobbeltvedt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 86 minutes into the match, FC Drik's goal looked a bit too open when Lucero Mezquita came free, but Ted Kobbeltvedt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 89 minutes into the match, Lucero Mezquita notched a goal, 7-1, to the right of FC Drik's Ted Kobbeltvedt. Ted Kobbeltvedt was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 92nd match minute, FC Drik was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hemming Glykær to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lucero Mezquita in the 97th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ted Kobbeltvedt saved FC Drik from getting behind.
