Nicu Vornicu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sten Lundgren having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Rinkeby Torg BK's Esbjörn Arenberg got a free kick in the 21st minute. Sten Lundgren made a fantastic save in the 26th minute, when Reiner Fallas sent off a good shot on target. Waut Van Der Meeren made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliks Nieruchliwy in the 30th minute of play. Sten Lundgren took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Winarto Songgonau, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Sten Lundgren made a fantastic save in the 37th minute, when Reiner Fallas sent off a good shot on target. Waut Van Der Meeren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Everardo Erroman in the 39th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Feliks Nieruchliwy in the 41st minute of play forced Anversa Club's goalkeeper Waut Van Der Meeren to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Reiner Fallas made the kick off in the second half. Sten Lundgren showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Winarto Songgonau in the 51st minute of the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Olov Åkerberg in the 54th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Waut Van Der Meeren prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Sten Lundgren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Winarto Songgonau, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. In the 57th match minute, Anversa Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mickael De Winter to maneuver through the defense.
