Axell Verduin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Gullegem's goalkeeper Axell Verduin, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. FC Gullegem's Axell Verduin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andrzej Zapolski in the 14th minute of play. 15 minutes into the match, DREAM TEAM WORLD's Andrzej Zapolski sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Axell Verduin narrowly saved just below the crossbar. DREAM TEAM WORLD were awarded a corner in the 17th minute after FC Gullegem's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Maximiliano Vime took the corner. Andrzej Zapolski sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 21st minute Andrzej Zapolski shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Axell Verduin saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lu Zhen Sheng took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Pieter Teurfs, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Andrzej Zapolski's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Axell Verduin read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 25th minute of play. In the 26th minute DREAM TEAM WORLD were awarded a corner. Maximiliano Vime went to the cornerflag to take it. After taking down the ball on DREAM TEAM WORLD's corner Miguel Furtado fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Axell Verduin quite easily take care of the ball. The corner led FC Gullegem's Ion Giurgiu to fire away a dangerous shot which Lu Zhen Sheng despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. With an all-out effort, FC Gullegem's Lu Zhen Sheng threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Pieter Teurfs, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Axell Verduin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Andrzej Zapolski, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 40th minute, Matty Bormans managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC Gullegem's supporters rose to their feet, but Matty Bormans was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lu Zhen Sheng breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, FC Gullegem's Mats Vanooteghem got a free kick in the 43rd minute. FC Gullegem's Waut Du Molin was substituted for Emanuel De Roest. In the 45th minute, Mats Vanooteghem hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes into the match, FC Gullegem's goal looked a bit too open when Andrzej Zapolski came free, but Axell Verduin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.

The wind increased when Andrzej Zapolski made the kick off in the second half. If Andrzej Zapolski had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 50th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Matty Bormans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 57th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. DREAM TEAM WORLD's Andrzej Zapolski got a good chance for a goal in the 59th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. DREAM TEAM WORLD's Mendez Urquizu was substituted for Elpidio Curcio. Axell Verduin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paulo Jon, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. DREAM TEAM WORLD's Paulo Jon was standing unmarked in front of the goal when he, in the 74th play minute, got the ball and easily drilled it into the goal. 78 minutes into the match, FC Gullegem's goalkeeper Axell Verduin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Paulo Jon. Lu Zhen Sheng made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Barnaba Pilsudski in the 84th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Barnaba Pilsudski in the 93rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lu Zhen Sheng prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. DREAM TEAM WORLD walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
