After 5 minutes of play, Kerkyra FC's Erli Haaland made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rogerio Ceni was left in no man's land by his defense there! Iacob Ilinca made in the 9th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Kerkyra FC's Theofilos Tripitsidis. Iacob Ilinca's late challenge caught a Kerkyra FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Iacob Ilinca helped the player get up and apologised. Rodrigo Marques kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Notts County BR's Rogerio Ceni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erli Haaland in the 14th minute of play. Stamatis Tsilikas hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. Paraskevas Labrakoglou might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Rogerio Ceni. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Paraskevas Labrakoglou ran back to his position shaking his head. After 22 played minutes Kerkyra FC got a freekick which was hit by Yao Lin. When Notts County BR's Váldson Paulista in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Kerkyra FC's goalie prevented a goal. Kerkyra FC's Erli Haaland got a good chance for a goal in the 27th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Erli Haaland's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Rogerio Ceni read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 28th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 32nd minute, Váldson Paulista managed to get in a good position for a shot. Notts County BR's supporters rose to their feet, but Váldson Paulista was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Radu Corocăescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 34 minutes into the game, Kerkyra FC's Erli Haaland nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Rogerio Ceni made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Rogerio Ceni took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Stamatis Tsilikas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The audience was convinced that Erli Haaland's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rogerio Ceni was relentless in the 44th minute of the game. Notts County BR's Rogerio Ceni played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Erli Haaland in the 45th minute of play. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Erli Haaland stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Iacob Ilinca made in the 51st minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Paul Laime however managed to control. Váldson Paulista sent away a hard shot on goal in the 52nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Váldson Paulista fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Radu Corocăescu having to interfere. Iacob Ilinca hit a great freekick 59 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 61st minute, Stamatis Tsilikas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Kerkyra FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Stamatis Tsilikas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rogerio Ceni breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After 63 played minutes Kerkyra FC got a freekick which was hit by Paraskevas Labrakoglou. Rafinha Brodel took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 65th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Radu Corocăescu. Kerkyra FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After a rather tough play, Kerkyra FC's Thanos Papagiannopoulos got a free kick in the 66th minute. Erli Haaland could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 68th minute of the match, but Rogerio Ceni made a huge save. When Váldson Paulista came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Notts County BR fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Váldson Paulista couldn't finish the play. Stamatis Tsilikas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 73rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogerio Ceni having to interfere. Rogerio Ceni made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Stamatis Tsilikas in the 75th minute of play. Rogerio Ceni made an important save on a dangerous shot by Erli Haaland in the 76th minute. If Stamatis Tsilikas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Kerkyra FC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Erli Haaland in the 85th minute. Paraskevas Labrakoglou made a great header on Kerkyra FC's corner, it was just that Notts County BR's Rogerio Ceni managed to reach the ball for a save. Iacob Ilinca was shown his second yellow card after 86 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 87th match minute, Notts County BR was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Iacob Ilinca to maneuver through the defense. In the 89th minute, Paul Laime hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 95 minutes into the game, Erli Haaland cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Rogerio Ceni was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The Kerkyra FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing Kerkyra FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
